再試底位

_

seems that my Chinese input devise refused to work these days, so dear readers would have to bear with my poor English.

first of all, let me congratulate those respondents who think that 2628 would test the bottom again, this as low as $22, far exceeding my expectation.

previously I have bought another portion of 2628 with my cashflow @$26. Seems the sales would continue for some time. (oh I haven't told you my decision on not buying 2318 at the moment, have I? maybe I will try to explain my decision later, but short reply, the PRC policy towards 2318 scares me a bit, though the price is really attractive enough for investors to get a bite of it.)

having depleted my cash, i hesitated for a while before dipping onto my credit limit based on my shares. yes, i know it is not good to buy on credit, and you too should not try this at home.

the reason purely being that i would not allow myself not to participate in this great scenario, that i could tell my kids and grandees that their old man was making his fight during this "meltdown", instead of uttering "i was shoveling shit in Louisiana" (here's to the great Patton).

so, i have done my duty @22.05 today, the decoration the HQ awards me for this battle.

C-Hing,

Will the price of #2628 drop to 2 x EV (i.e. ~$19-20)?

My average price is $28. :(

i was thinking of the same too

go into my credit limit.

but it is very scary to do that!

when 2628 + 2318 = 100% of my margin credit!

想請問樓主如果2628再下跌會怎樣呢? 樓主每月有沒有穩定現金流? 如果下失業怎麼辦?

我也想過用credit limit. 不過風險大高了.

of course, there is chance. like BS, everything is possible. $28 is not a bad price, it will pay off well.

kelvin:

wah.... don't overdo it, always within control.

very good question, and a very general one too, that could apply to every investor.

you've got to secure your cashflow, whether a passive or active one.

i myself have a secure cashflow, and that is my priority in investment (way ahead analysis of stocks)

BTW, the amount of credit that i use is very insignificant, and would be repaid by cashflow next month.

safety first, i agree 100%.
